The 3rd great South African Yoga Tour with Mattheus

This year the tour started in Cape Town. From there we travelled along the Atlantic coast to the north. We saw deserts, the ocean and water falls, lonesome country sites and the busy living in Cape Town. Beside Yoga classes at the pool, exciting excursions, we enjoyed the exquisite South African cuisine and tasted some excellent South African wine.

Seminarhaus Gut Schermau, Dingolfing

This was the 2nd Yoga event at Gut Schermau in Dingolfing. A lot of Yoga and a lot of time for yourself, for relaxing and communication. The highlight of the event was the Dance Yoga class by Mattheus. A lot of fun and wonderful music. Here you find some pictures of the Dance Yoga class.

The 2nd South African Tour in April 2007. This time the tour covered the North West. Starting in Johannesburg we visited Durban and St. Lucia.
